Why did you originally call? “We decided we were thinking about moving and our house needed a lot of work and we were going to see what we needed to do to get rid of it.”
What did we do to help you get your house ready to sell? “Well first off I appreciate that you were honest because you came in and said well we could buy your house but it’s worth more if we don’t. and then you came in and did some flooring some painting you fixed a bunch of trim and essentially took 14 years of beat up house and basically refreshed it and made it look brand new to sell my house fast Michigan (quite literally put a new paint of coat on it).
