How can I pay nothing up front?
EZE funds the repairs, cleaning, staging, and moving costs needed to get your home market-ready. You never write a check to a contractor or pay us out of pocket. Everything we advance is repaid from the proceeds at closing — the work gets done first, and the costs come out of the sale, not your savings.
How is this different from a cash buyer or iBuyer?
A cash buyer or wholesaler makes a discounted offer and keeps the gap between that price and what your home is really worth. EZE doesn’t buy your house at a discount. We prepare it and sell it on the open market for full value, so you keep the equity a cash offer would have taken.
What kinds of situations does EZE help with?
We specialize in life transitions: seniors downsizing, families moving a parent into assisted living or memory care, inherited and estate homes, homes that need repairs the owner can’t fund, and homeowners facing foreclosure. Everything between “I need to sell” and closing day — repairs and updates, deep cleaning, junk removal and decluttering, estate and hoarder-home clean-outs, staging, landscaping, and moving and storage. In many cases we can also help bridge costs like mortgage catch-up or temporary living expenses, all repaid at closing.
Do I have to do any of the work myself?
No. From the first walkthrough to the final move, EZE manages the contractors, the schedule, and the details. You stay informed and make the decisions that matter to you — like colors and finishes — while we handle the coordination so you don’t have to.
