Why did you originally call? “We decided we were thinking about moving and our house needed a lot of work and we were going to see what we needed to do to get rid of it.”
What did we do to help you get your house ready to sell? “Well first off I appreciate that you were honest because you came in and said well we could buy your house but it’s worth more if we don’t. and then you came in and did some flooring some painting you fixed a bunch of trim and essentially took 14 years of beat up house and basically refreshed it and made it look brand new to sell my house fast Michigan (quite literally put a new paint of coat on it). And got us to the point where we were able to sell my house fast Kalamazoo for more than what we thought it was even going to sell for and got us to where we needed to go.”
Was there any other benefit from engaging with us? “We sold it for more than we thought we could, we were able to get it sold without having to deal with inspections, and we sold it in A WEEKEND so you guys did a good enough job that we didn’t have to worry about anything in a time period where houses are starting to sit longer on the market. Tt’s not that buyers are going absolutely crazy right now either. Thank you!”
