Background:
Beth and Larry were ready to downsize but had several hurdles to overcome including a son and granddaughter they needed to convince to move out, tight finances, a house needing work, and the logistics of moving.
Outcomes:
Beth and Larry were able to move into a beautiful apartment that met Larry’s physical needs (no steps!). They were able to get their relation to move out. And – they were able to get their house prepared for sale and sold for market value (would have been a big challenge if they hadn’t been able to move out first!). Miss Betty, 98 years old, was moving into assisted living and needed to sell her home. Her daughter had been staying with her and needed to move back to Arizona.

Background:
After Mom passed away, the daughter needed to get the house sold. After many months of little progress, she was referred to EZE. The house and barn and storage sheds were full of stuff and the house was in need of a cosmetic remodel, miscellaneous repairs, and landscaping. An insurance claim had been filed for a few repairs. The uncle was asked to step in and takeover as the executor of the estate after the project was almost complete.
Outcomes:

We received call from our client and was able to come up with a solution, execute, and provide funding within 24 hours from his call. He had already listed his Mom’s house for sale with a realtor a day or two prior to calling me and had already dropped the price by $50,000 but still had no way to make it through the transaction without having to move his Mom back home (who had just had a stroke). Even a fast discounted cash sale wasn’t going to meet their needs…
Outcomes:
Our client was able to keep his Mom at her nice retirement home without having to move her back home and figure out how to care for her while also working through the sale of the house. He was able to slow down and sell the house for market value rather than take a significantly discounted cash offer.

He was quite surprised to hear me tell him I thought it was in his best interest NOT to sell the house to me.
